As we grow in life, we accumulate a lot of junk. Is that why our landfills are overwhelmed?

I think the hardest thing to clean up is an attitude.

Release anything and everything that no longer serves my good.

Clear your mind and lighten your load by carefully monitor thoughts and actions, inviting all that is right and good to take root and grow in my consciousness. All else--any negative thought, careless word, fear or inappropriate action —relinquish them.
