Listening is a most important part of the communication process. Listening brings learning and peace. Listening saves valuable time. Men must do more listening. Create more time for you to hear them.

Listening, not just hearing, is an acquired skill which allows you to better understand what's going on around you. Minimize distraction, Sorry, no cell phones allowed:-)
