Resolutions made for one day set examples all year long

Just for today my thoughts will be on my recovery, living and enjoying life.

I will not brood about yesterday nor be obsessed about tomorrow.

I will be happy.

I will accept what is.

I will improve my mind. I will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration.

I will make a conscious effort to be agreeable.

I will reframe from improving anybody other than myself.

I will do something positive to improve my health, if only for today.

I will gather the courage to do what is good and take responsibility for my own actions.

Do all you can while you can?
