To live worthily of the calling for which I have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Just as you too were called.

Equip the saints for their work, to build up the body of Christ, until we all attain unity of faith and knowledge of God - Ephesians 4

To each person is a spiritual gift.

Some spiritual gifts are:
• The ability to give wise advice;
• Study and teach,
• Faith,
• Power to heal the sick,
• Power for doing miracles,
• Power to prophesy and preach,
• The power to know evil spirits,

• To speak in languages,
• Power to understand what most can not.

The Spirit gives these gifts and powers, deciding which one of us should have what.
