A New Day!!

This was the title of my Pastor's sermon today. It's time for a change in this world and in our lives.

Do you think you have the power? Well do you? The answer is yes!! As long as you have (and include) JESUS in your life you have the power to do whatever you want to achieve,Whether in your life,your job,your relationships,your homes. From your mouth to God's Ear, your request are amplified. The solution to all problems is one word "FAITH". Faith to believe; That the Lord can change all things. Faith, is to believe in things not seen or heard. Somewhere along this journey we have lost our faith in just about everything and everyone. We as Americans we have lost our faith in our Goverment. We have loss faith in Friendships, In Parents, In our Children,etc.

In order to get that faith back we have to believe again, in ourselves, get rid of all doubts, fears and learn how to forgive.

We need courage an understanding. Let us look in the mirror and love the faces we see, for we were made in the image. Let's come together again as we were in the past(60's-70's) to accomplish our goals.

We complain about other nationalities, coming here an getting all the things we are entitled to as citizens. Let's face it folks they stick together like glue, in housing, in working, in their family situations. As the Beatles song goes:"COME TOGETHER RIGHT NOW". Remember the Ford assembly line?; It worked because they worked as a team. We need to stop looking at other and saying "they think they are all that because........." We can do it if we try. We have our first Black President, and we had faith that our votes could fill the white house, and it did.

Why can't we do that in our everyday lives. What do you think?
