I was watching tv the other day when I saw The Oprah Show and this particular episode was dedicated to SPIRITUALITY, one of my key words. Words can not describe my feelings. I knew people wanted to know more, so we can become a better people together, but just was not sure how much more. The show was a confirmation for me. My O-Blog

The O Show- Spirituality is described as a great and enduring good, a love and devotion to your God. It brings peace and indifference to worldly good and a thirst for heavenly blessings. On a daily basis spirituality answers the questions, Who am I, Is this all there is to life. It let you know you're not alone and helps you feel more connected, present and alive in life.

Whether you're religious or not, I hope this website helps you find a deeper connection to begin to live a richer, more fulfilling life and to better understand why you're really here on earth.

Art says, Spirituality is that thing we rely upon when the world closes us out. Religion is a choice, Spirituality is not. Somehow, it is inside us to call upon a power greater than ourselves.

I am Christian and was brought up that way. Though I have been introduced to many other religions, I know none better.

I do not discount other religious beliefs, I am sure they were brought up believing the same. A religion is no better than the people in it.

Spirituality has a much deeper meaning than Christianity or religion. If not careful, religion will give you a weapon to condemn others. Spirituality is unique to each individual. It moves you to do whatever it is you do and shows in all you do.

It does not matter from which country you are, how many verses you can quote, what book you read or whether you are riding or walking. Spirituality is in your heart and soul. It is all about the daily life YOU lead. Every breath you take.... All people need Peace and Prosperity, Spirituality is how we get it.

In every aspect of our lives, we ask ourselves, "How am I of value?" Your purpose is your destiny. Your mission is true happiness. In Spirit and Self, you will learn how to embrace your spirit, fulfill your dreams, and truly live and be your best.

How am I of value in life? By practicing caring ways and a generous spirit.
