A few days ago I came across an article, concerning Travis Smiley and another well known person in the Black Educational Circuit. Mr.Smiley, is one of a number of well respected men who "Made It" as we say; Yet he does not support our greatest contribution to this country today; an African-American President.

We the people need to UNITE. Pay attention Mr. Smiley your comments matter for anyone who wants to keep abreast of the actions of others, information against US or any one who cares.

I am an information junky, My parents called me a sponge. Why don't we support our President and he has achieved, a great leader of a great country.

It is said, they grew up poor, he and the First Lady did what it took to make it in a country where we have to work thrices (3X'S) as hard to make it. I always told my children to keep education as their first job, what you place in your head cannot be taken away, but used to make a diffence in your chosen career, or business, etc.

We have the ability to make changes if we better worked together over our differences.

Further opposing a man who's constantly butting-heads with political groups is an unnecessary burden and unethical.

I commend our President, he has done an admiriable job with his head held high, backed by a strong woman by his side.

The time has come for us to come together, over our differences, like our ancestors of the 50's and 60's; If you want to make it today. It's time, the generation of "ME" UNITE OVER MORE THAN RAP AND NAMED BRAND CLOTHING. So Mr. Smiley, Get With It.
