Wisdom
To be wise in thought and deed. Wisdom is better than gold? You are wise when you learn from the mistakes of others. ...BECAUSE I WANT TO BE WISE I NEED TO MAKE A FEW CHANGES. FIRST I NEED TO START READING A WHOLE LOT MORE. I ALSO NEED TO TALK TO OLDER PEOPLE AND LISTEN TO THEIR WARNINGS ABOUT LIFE AND ITS LESSONS…I KNOW I WANT TO HAVE A GOOD PAIN FREE LIFE..WELL THIS IS NOT TOTALLY POSSIBLE BUT I COULD STOP ALOT OF THE PAIN IF I WOULD JUST TAKE A MOMENT OUT TO LISTEN... Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Not earthly wisdom but wisdom from the Word. Listen and observe, speak less. Faith comes from hearing the message and is increased as I increase my exposure to the Word.. Going through life on human wisdom causes so many mistakes we die with innumerable regrets. It is easier to follow our less-than-wise impulses. Theodore Roosevelt: “Nine-tenths of wisdom consists in being wise in time.” As we seek spiritual guidance we hear the voice of the One who knows. We know, for us to be who and what we are, there has to be a force greater and smarter than ourselves. Just look up at the sky and all you can see is like a grain of sand compared to the rest of the universe. That space alone is enough to keep you busy for a life time. I have not a clue who Albert Einstein really is but I do know, he's no match to Mother Nature. Mother Nature is still here alive and well. We know we have a purpose here and must remain connected to that source in order to carry out that purpose. The result of that connection is wisdom. The person with wisdom in their heart is found more truly prudent than many who possess shining talents. The LORD by wisdom founded the earth, By understanding He established the heavens. A wise man will hear and increase in learning, And a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel.
