Discrimination Prohibited

Was reading a federal document which listed these types of discrimination as being prohibited...

Prohibits discrimination in "all" its programs on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, marital status, familial status, parental status, religion, sexual orientation, genetic information, retaliation, political beliefs, reprisal or because all or part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance program...wheeeh!

It looks like every time they come up with one, someone else finds another form to discriminate....have they ever heard of discrimination based on Zip Code? It equates to neighborhoods and very prevalent with loans, insurance and anyone else this may benefit. Also called REDLINING--the practice of denying or limiting financial services to certain neighborhoods based on racial or ethnic composition without regard to the residents' qualifications or creditworthiness.

I just wonder why? Why are we so quick to do unto others what we don't want done to self, knowing it is not right, will not work, self-destructive, wicked, evil, hypocritical, unforgiving... and ain't even their money? Why would any professional organization mistreat, abuse, deny their own people?
