Who would not want to be this healthy at age 87? It is a blessing to know some people so we can better know how to live or I should say, "discover the fountain of youth".

We're still living, attractive and something positive for you to look forward to as you grow older. Though they say we're living longer, but that question remains to be answered. Today, it is all about youth, but I beg to differ and if you don't believe so, just keep living. We seldom talk about how short the window of youth really is. You'll be older a lot longer than young, if you desire living.

The idea here is to have something to which to look forward in your eighties.
