Too Intense? Headstrong or Driven?

Have you ever been told that a friendship with you can never be simple? Do people decide to step out of your life for this reason? Do you think about everything people say to you, all that you have gone through and about stupid things that are long in the past? Does it actually keep you awake? Do people comment on how "You shouldn't think all that much behind a simple saying/joke."? Guess what.... Your mind did not come with an off-button like theirs did, apparently!

Ever thought it may be because you feel? Feel for everyone with a story? Anyone who feels anything? Do you feel responsibile to help those around you as much as you can?

And are you ambitious? You only have one life to make the most of it, so you want to be the best you can and fight for your dreams. You don't let people stray you from your path that easily. You come with baggage and scars, battle depression from time to time and you ask very difficult questions. You are honest to God and will not lie to give a pleasing answer. You are opinionated and won't let yourself be shoved into a corner by anyone and confront those that try.

Are you headstrong or driven?

Despite all that, you are also just somebody who likes to laugh about silly jokes, go to the store, visit a zoo and ignore all the clouds in the sky. You enjoy music and books. You are respectful and law-abiding. You might be intense, but surely someone must be up to the challenge! Just maybe... isn't there someone that hangs in there no matter how intense you get? Even when you tell them to go away!! They're still there? Think about it!

In a relationship, there are two people involved. Just because your goals are far-reaching doesn't mean you don't have the patience to see them through in due time. A relationship is like this: one of you is the color red and the other is the color blue. You are each 100% of your color, and adding equal amounts of each color makes 100% violet. But any combination, any ratio makes beautiful colors too. It doesn't matter how long it takes to get to that perfect violet. Enjoy the vivid hues of all those colors in between. Each one is perfect also, because you were both involved in making it.

Live your life deliberately, with passion and purpose! Each day is a gift to be celebrated and knowing that the next day can be even better is why you are driven toward it!!
