Years of taking any job has created a vicious cycle, implying the job does not need you, but you need the job and now this is their norm. They forgo their health and happiness for the promise of benefits from a job. The job with benefits have become their idea of prosperity, to heck with FREEDOM and what we can do for ourselves, No money, I can do nothing. And when you get the money, you can do what you want because you worked for it. That’s the attitude. If only “I” can make it to retirement.
