Dan has been in the constuction business for a long time. Well, let us just say his father was a "Railroad Hammering Man" and built houses. His house, the original family home, is still standing. Talk has it, that he was something like "John Henry" The Hammering Man.
Daniel acquired much of his construction skills from his father.
Later, Dan attended a school for higher academic achievement and became The Vocational Education Teacher for his neighboring high school. His classes was always full. He built houses for family and friends at the same time.
After about seventeen years, High School Vocation Education teacher, Dan retired.
Today, Dan carry's on his father's legacy; buiding houses, that are proven to withstand the test of time.
If you want to save time and money on such a major investment and your contractor does not make you feel comfortable, then, I strongly suggest, you do like the rest and call Dan.
