Hillary Clinton, a savvy politician and devoted wife, what a combination, wins the democratic presidential nomination what does that say?
Her campaign slogan: Fighting for Us, to whom is she referring and for whom? As
a former first lady, secretary of state and now potential democratic
presidential nominee, what can America expect, other than a bunch more hoopla?
Is it all about making history, being the first female…? Let’s see: the first black, the first female, do you think we can top what we’ve already topped? Is lesbian or gay a possibility?
What about the other females seeking the Presidential nomination,, for what were they fighting? In all these high political offices she has held, what does she know and actually do for "Everyday Americans"? Is she better prepared to serve or was it, just not their time? Is she really the first "serious" female presidential contender in American history, the first woman ever to run for the Democratic Party's presidential nomination, is she Unbought and Unbossed? With all the opportunities afforded her, what exactly is her claim to fame, other than her husband and two term former President Bill Clinton? Hillary Clinton – “Remember How Good the Economy Was When Bill Clinton Was President? I’m His Wife!”. What less fortunate group of people did she help? What great statement has she made, other than “hear my roar...”? How does she do all this with Bill’s promiscuous sex life, is she the same, like a lesbian who never publicly came out?
What will Bill do as the first First Man of the White HOuse? What will he do as the only First Man at the First Ladies meeting? What about the first First Family with sixteen years in the White House, from wife to President.
Is she really accepting anything different, other than higher hopes of being a woman and how is this different? Who did she ever help win other than her family? Back in 2008 or so, the less fortunate abandoned the Clinton ballot for the Obama ballot, what will happen this time?
As a devoted wife and highly regarded political leader, what is she saying about the day-to-day living skills which allowed our ancient ancestors to live with the Earth in a harmonious and sustainable way?
"How do we create a harmonious society out of so many kinds of people? The key is tolerance -- the one value that is indispensable in creating community. One thing is clear: We, as human beings, must be willing to accept people who are different from ourselves." - Barbara Jordan
I see leaders as they handle their own situations and I ask myself: What did she do about Bill Clinton's sexual scandal and then I ask myself what is she going to do about similar or more important issues?
