Who doesn't owe the IRS?

The IRS is the U.S. government agency responsible for tax collection and tax law enforcement but is the IRS there to collect everything you have? Dwindling resources, outsourcing of jobs, influx of immigrants, for what are citizens paying taxes?

But over the past 58 years, all I've ever seen the IRS do, is destroy people. You think at least after a certain age and American citizen would be pretty much guaranteed no more tax concerns.

The thing about this all is, "the rules keep changing", changing to suit who? A governmental body established to serve the people is now so powerful, it is viewed as devastating to the people. Rich people have tax write-offs, poor folks just bad luck.

Do you see all the new organizations created to profit from your tax blunders? Taxes and tax preparation is now big business, should it be that way for such a well intended people program and the IRS don't give a "flying fuck", as long as they get their cut?

Is the IRS being utilized to target political groups?
