Common Sense Destroyed how?

Your constitution and will define your existence. What happens when you do not know your constitution? What happens when you disobey your will? Can you abide by a constitution in disagreement with your will?

Your constitution is develop by you, "your will" develops you. As we're forced to chose between the two, our constitution, which we do not know or understand, carries more weight than "our will", which we do understand, instilled within us. Now, when things go wrong the first place we go is to the wrong place, our constitution, to straighten it out. Hence, the common sense part of things has been destroyed.

YOur constitution can be taken away, your will cannot, but you can violate your will. Violation of your will leads to violation of your constitution and violation of your constitution means going to jail.
