Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

The women I and the bread winner...

Know how we know sooo much shit, how we teach our children, in a formal setting, the importance of breakfast, lunch and dinner? Ideas like breakfast in bed, candlelight dinners.... Now childhood obesity is an out of control problem. The bread winner, who is that, how? My question to you is: Why do we teach this shit?

We know we must eat in order to survive, so some really smart person came up with the idea of 3 hots makes a better person and we accepted this as truth, but is it?

3 hots a day is somebody else's dream of how many times a day a healthy people should eat, in order to remain healthy. What are the causes and effects of using microwave?

Then, why isn't it happening. With all the money we spend in grocery stores, why aren't we able to fulfill this simple little task and whose responsible? Isn't it the same with cleaning your home?

The women I know, not saying they are the only ones responsible, but just starting with them, the ones I know don't even want to get out bed to prepare breakfast. On a regular basis, who's going to get up and prepare breakfast, now; you've run into lunch.

The men I know are not  taught to cook, as a responsibility. If you think they are, why aren't men responsible for preparing the most important meal of the day - breakfast?

I think you know the rest of the story and that is, we say these things with no earthly idea of how to carry them out over the long term.

The women I know love to eat these meals but detest being responsible for cooking them. Couple that with the men's attitude and nobody is responsible for shit, but we all must eat.
