Learning The Art of Relaxing

What about you, are you really able to relax? The key to longevity?

My problem is learning to relax. I’m so driven, so ambitious, had my priorities in order; I couldn’t think of anything else I could do to make my life better. So much work to be done and not enough time nor hands to complete it? It just seems I’m never quite satisfied. Living my passion, I thought I was relaxing but my mind just keeps racing. As for me, what’s next?

Is this you: Do you deliver results, but I drive people crazy doing it? Do you push people away— some of your closest, friends and colleagues? Well, I do and this has got to change. What happens when catastrophe strikes you? We spend most of our time learning how to stress and survive it.

Hard lessons are hard to share. They’re raw and they expose you. They say these are the keys to longevity, eat, sleep, be merry and you will live a long time. Then, they say you have to learn to relax. Where does the ability to relax come into play in all of this?

First, I must unlearn how to stress.

Relaxing is all natural, a key to feeling better, reduces stress and symptoms that come with anxiety-panic. Relaxing is not about all the great things you do or doing nothing, but about taking time out to find balance in all you do. Knowing how to relax is vital for ensuring good health and well-being, as well as restoring passion and joy in your life.
