Spirits are low and we hardly know which direction to turn, a cure is needed. Stress is a killer.

Let me see, back track a little? Like the man on the horse, where did I lose my way? How far can we get away from our roots? Everybody is zipping pass, going where? Taking time out for what? You just bypassed the very thing you are seeking.

Time is a major factor. The hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship in spirit and truth.

People must be free to worship, as needed. Let my people go of all hindrances and reservations, so they may worship. Failure to do so will be a snare to you, as sure as the son rises in the east and sets in the west.

People must worship in spirit and truth, God is a spirit. By doing so, blessings will be on your food and water, and sickness will be taken from among you. We can better serve each other. Do you believe?

No matter where you are or what you are doing, take time for spirit and truth. How else can you be true to yourself and those around you? You do have a spirit and to keep it healthy, in spirit and truth worship. This is the one cure that open doors for other cures.
