A bit of a strange introduction for such a princess isn't it?

I bet, if i did that, man...the sisters....

The first hand-drawn film the company has committed to since pledging to return to the traditional animation form that made it a worldwide brand.

"The film's New Orleans setting and strong princess character give the film lots of excitement and texture," Walt Disney Rep said.

She lives in the French Quarter

Disney introduced its first non-white animated heroine in its 1992 film, "Aladdin" with the Middle Eastern character Jasmine, and followed it three years later with the Native American princess "Pocahontas."

Let's see what happens ten years down the road...Remember the little Rascals.

What's her name?

Princess Maddy will be added to its collection of animated princesses used at the company's theme parks and on consumer products.

She is a bit skinny for a sister but I haven't seen the rest of her. "Don't go there."

She just might be a keeper. She is rather cute.

Kinda reminds me of a friend...they love frogs too.
