A Sorry Ass

Though it may sound a bit cruel these days, the phrase “A Sorry Ass” still has it’s place in our modern day society. It is often used as an attention getter to solicit desired behavior and describes behavior considered dumb, slow, lazy and/or procrastinating. Doing just enough to elude being blamed.

Some examples are: Set up for failure but I did my part. Sorry ass team...individual...business...church...school, employee...community...leadership, writer...Squad, platoon, company...

As my memory serves me, I’ve heard it from a child through my Army days. “So”, I know it is one of those phrases that make us “Army Strong”.

For some, it takes hearing phrases like that to inspire them to desire action or behavior.
