Chimpanzee Cartoon The New York Post

A The New York Post cartoon appeared to compare President, Barack Obama, with a violent chimpanzee being gunned down by police. The cartoon shows two police officers standing over the body of a bullet-riddled chimp. One of the officers says: They'll have to find someone else to write the next stimulus bill.

BD! Anything to get attention! For a politician that kind of junk can be healthy. Barack has proven he is a big boy, he can hang better than most. If the President himself, his family, his staff or SS is not complaining and no response from animal activists, why are some citizens making a big deal out of a stupid cartoon?

Now, somebody else said, “the historic racist attacks of African-Americans as being synonymous with monkeys”. That does not surprise me either, there will always be one. Do not waste time arguing with a fool. Stop reading and buying the newspaper. Start your own! That will hurt more, but do not let it distract or cause for division, as a people; there are bigger battles to be fought as we grow together towards change. How can we be one people when we continue to respond to the things we say we will nolonger respond to? The real problem is that racist policemen or racists are abusing and shooting innocent people everyday and nothing is being said nor done? Try catching some of that action or a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mack. The Iraqi war, recession, finance, gun control, the death penalty, abortion and wiretapping without court oversight..., That will be worth the while.

What did we do for the clergyman who angrily said, "I want to cut his nuts out"? A crude, vulgar and hurtful remark! Think about it: A multi-million dollar cooperation, A Chimpanzee Cartoon and find someone else to write the next stimulus bill? Where is the hush money? Who is really talking down to black people? Race issues? Personal ego and ideological dispute? The impoverishment of African-American families? You end up talking about A when you really want to talk about B.
