Frog Mo Stew Low Country Boil

Ingredients {Cut in nice bite size pieces}

chicken wings whatever (that's how I start my broth) 1/2 pound smoked saugage or turkey (per person)
1/2 pound raw shrimp in unshelled, heads on or whatever (per person)
Crab boil
Crabs and/or crab Legs as desired
small whole onions or whatever
a bunch of celery whatever Note: whatever means as desired
3 small new potatoes (per person)
carrots whatever
1 ear of corn (per person)
cayenne pepper
garlic cloves
bay leaves
tomatoes whatever Old Bay seasoning
Black pepper
pepper sauce, I use my own vinegar pepper sauce
1/2 cup vinegar

Timing is everything, mindful not to over cook any ingredient.

Boil water in a very large steam kettle on stove or on an outdoor cooker. Season (crab boil) water with your choice of mentioned flavorings along with a 1/2 cup of vinegar. I make my season water the day before. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, sausage and onions, ALL ACCORDING TO TIME IT TAKES TO GET DONE. Remember timing so no dish over or undercooked.

Bring back to a boil and boil until almost tender. Add corn-on-the cob and crabs and boil for 5 minutes longer. Finally, add shrimp and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes more, or until shrimp are done.

The longer your ingredients cook on low... or just sit turned off... the more favor. I also add a bit of sugar to taste. Enjoy with saltines, cornbread, slaw, and good ole homemade sangria!

Dessert: Angela's Special Lemon Cake, with Creamcheese icing, topped with lemon wedges or just a bowl of vanilla ice cream.

Dip: 2 parts mayonaise or miracle whip. 1 part catsup, a few drop of Worchester sauce, dash cayenne pepper, 1tsp lemon juice and honey to taste. Whip and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
