Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Peel, chop and boil potatoes. Russet potatoes are great.

The easiest way to make sure there are no lumps, but lite and fluffy, use a ricer to mash your cooked potatoes.

Add milk, butter and salt to taste. Vigirously, whisk them together.

To fancy it up or for a different flavor, add cheese and chives. Fold them in and pour ingredients into a baking dish. Top with a layer of cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
