What happens next?

It is a terrible trend. It is difficult to put into words how troublesome it is that people would do something so vile merely because someone else's political beliefs are different from their own.

At what point is this hatred going to stop? Back down to anonymous bullies? What are gang signs? How do gangs know the power signs? From where do they get it, from who? What is graffiti?
