Michele Bachmann

Anti-American and living in a different culture, not equal

It is one thing to make these kind of public statements as Art, but it is another as an elected public servant. What I believe when you make negative statements, they say something about yourself.

Rep. Michele Bachmann, a history of making statements that are inflammatory, controversial, questionably informed and require further explanation, says Barack Obama "may have anti-American views." Further, Not all cultures are equal. Not all values are equal.

These are the kind of people we have elected to represent "The People. Or are they representing their own perceived culture?

Racism covers up, rationalizes and minimizes positive qualities in one culture and emphasizes negative qualities in another when there is a color difference.

Which culture does Michele Bachmann live? That is why we have a democracy, to make life equal as best as we can, for all people. You can credit any party for best being able to accomplish this goal, but the goal is to help all people. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the President will be the President of all parties and people.

Obama being anti-American? Can he become a Senator with those kind of views? Does she really know what being American means? Does she know how much concern goes through the mind of Native-American or African-American when we vote for someone with a name like: Michele Bachmann? Does she know how many different cultures live in America? Does she know America is a melting pot? What culture is there in America? Ask an African-America or Native-American?

What about Women? They have a different culture and value system, should they be treated separate or like second class citizens, as previously done?

Centuries of discrimination, poor education, poor health care and crazy hiring practices, police brutality and racial profiling, all are breeding grounds for unrest. Does she not see what is really going on? Does she not see a need for change? In what America does Michele Bachmann live?

We are and properly should be concerned about people, not cultures and other small groups. All people want basically the same things, to feel as they are being treated fairly, Food, Clothing and Shelter. Wonder if Michele Bachmann wants something different?

What would happen if everyone cared? What about voting fraud?
