What is?
Bum or Bums "Bum", a slang term for the buttocks. "Bum", a slang term for a hobo (though unlike hobos, a bum is unlikely to do his work)
Lazy is a person disinclined to do their work. A lazy person or a slacker. Put them both together and you have a lazy bum. What has happened to our work? What happens when lazy bums are put in positions of power?
